Rogner Hotel Europapark was the place where FIAA members, guests and friends altogether celebrated FIAA’s 8th Anniversary. Among the present representatives, internationals and locals was a group of International Press Survey from London as well the Representative of the Economist Group, Mr. Richard Eames.

The Executive Director of FIAA Ms. Marinela Jazoj and Mr. Bob Petryk a Board Member of FIAA had a meeting with some Hungarian investors and the Economic Representative of the Hungarian Embassy, Mr. Zsolt Kallai. The purpose of the meeting was discussion upon the possibilities for investing in the touristic ports in Albania especially for the yachts accommodation.
The Hungarian investors were very positive towards investing in the country and thanked FIAA for its assistance in giving them important information for their business.

Tirana, May 27th, 2008 - The Foreign Investors Association of Albania in cooperation with ELIDA Co’94 have officially inaugurated the National Conference on Natural Resources of Albania called: “Albania, a Destination for Investments”, the first of the kind in the country.

FIAA Board of Directors met with the Prime Minister of Albania, Mr. Sali Berisha On the other side the Prime Minister welcomed their visit and assured the FIAA Board that his Government is undertaking a number of incentives and measures for improving the Fiscal System of Albania. Also, he added that very soon the Government will present the free areas of Albania.
