Banka Popullore/ Societe Generale Group presents its achievements during the FIAA October Network Meeting

On October 27th, 2009 at Rogner Hotel Europapark, the Foreign Investors Association of Albania held its Network Meeting hosted by its honorable member, Banka Popullore, part of Societe General Group. The particularity of this evening was the presence as the Guest Speaker of Honor of the Minister of Economy, Trade and Energy of Albania, Mr. Dritan Prifti who stated that: “The government will support all foreign investments in the country, assisting in one of the main burdens on the investors, property, by creating a new law to solve issues related to land ownership. Thanks to your investments, the economic development of Albania is among the highest in the region”.

Her Excellency, the French Ambassador in Albania Mrs. Marise Daviet as well made some remarks stressing the role of FIAA and expressed her support to invite more French businesses investing in Albania. Mr. Hubert De Saint Jean, the New Manager of the Bank for Albania in his remarks and introduced the bank’s success and achievements and the new plans for the future.

Present in this evening were all FIAA members and colleagues, economic representatives of embassies in the country, representatives of the domestic and foreign media such as: RTSH, KLAN, Top Channel; Journals: Integrimi, Ekonomia; Valleurs Actuelle of Le Figaro Group from France, US NEWS etc.
